The 400 Club

First off, welcome to the 400 club Chuck.  It’s been a long time coming.  The last 4 weeks Chuck has been flirting with 400 and he finally broke through in Week 8 rolling a huge 408 along with three 50 Streaks.  He joins a very short list of elite rollers, including Everett “The Baker” Phillips, Derek “Barfs” Morgan, Steve “Pinball” Robinson, Chris Martin and Brendan McGinn (read The 400 Club – Part Two).  The most impressive part about Chuck’s 408 is that it was up the middle.  Zero hundos.  Basically, he hit 8 out of 9 50’s on every roll.  I’m talking Jack Taylor in the zone.  I don’t see this record being broken anytime soon, if ever!  The playoffs start this week… and Chuck is my early favorite to take home the High Roller hardware (can you say JINX)!

Andrew Mahr of Super Skeeroes knocked down his first 50 Streak of the season while leading his team to a season best 879 in Week 8.  The Super Skeeroes have a tough (but very winnable) round 1 match against Slow Your Roll.  Welcome to the playoffs rookskees!
