Season 15 Brackets Released
Season 15 Brackets Released
The first 3 hours of match-ups are set. PLEASE be on time and ready to roll. This is a single elimination tournament with the Final Four teams moving on to Super Saturday and competing for the Champions Chalice.
Making picks in a draft season tournament is like picking upsets in the NCAA tournament. At any given time, any single team can beat any other. It makes for some incredible drama and excitement but you might as well flip a quarter. I expect last single digit victories all night tonight. There are a couple match-ups that I’m going to highlight… and as always I will make my picks. Enjoy.
First and foremost, how about Make Polischoke Great again versus the man himself. If I could have picked one match-up before the season started for the playoffs, this would be it. Eight weeks later, the bracket gods have spoken. I actually think Eric is in trouble here… and not because Polischoke in on my team, but because he actually rolls better when someone is in his ear. I’ve been prepped Rookskee Chris for this kind of match-up all season long. Sorry Eric, you might win best team name, but your playoff run ends in the first round!
The next match-up I really want to see is Hungry Hungry Hundos versus Rage Against the Machine. Talk about battling for best team names. Both team names and teams have a legit shot and winning it all. I think this is Pat’s year to lead his team to the chalice and Pinball becomes collateral damage along the way. At least Steve won the MVSKee though, right?
In the final four, I have the ladies of Order of the Skeenix, Rage Against the Machines, 2 Skeezy Brothers And A Broadskee and Whiskee Dicks. As much as I want to see the ladies advance… and Ben and Jan go head to head, I think Pat has enough booze in his system before noon to gets the job done. On the otherside, Polischoke will be coming into Saturday morning on 3 or 4 hours sleep. The gig from the night before will be enough to give Ben and 2 Skeezy Brothers And A Broadskee and opening… and the victory.
In the finals I’m taking Rage Against the Machines with a last ball hundo on lane three for the win. There you have it. Skee you all tonight!
