Boston Skee Party Continues to Roll

Boston Skee Party continues to roll, pun intended.  Everett, Tom and John (sub Brendan) put up skeeBOSTON’s highest score ever with an 1123.  These guys were on pace for 1200 through 6 or 7 frames until they came back to reality (at least a little bit).  There were rumors flying almost immediately following the match about whether or not the score and record should even count.  The fact of the matter is, these guys found a sub and made an effort to play their match when their 3rd roller John bailed.  In my opinion they should get bonus points. (Speaking of bonus points, I am in a dilemma.  Which is better, the team name of Whiskee Makes Me Friskee or their custom t-shirts/uniforms!?  I love both.)

At the end of the day this is the regular season.  Who cares if they had a sub.  The big trophies and the bragging rights are won on Super Saturday, not on a random league night.  You are going to have to beat this team one way or the other to win the championship… unless wear their Buffalo Bills jerseys for the 4th straight Super Saturday.
