Race for a Playoff Spot
The race for a playoff spot has never been closer. Skeedazzled, Skeeesto and The QuinChelSkees are all projected to finish within 15 points of each other based on their current averages this season. Maggie and Jamie (of Skeedazzled, formerly Chuck Norriskee) are back from last season, along with rookskee Jaime who almost broke 300 for the first time last week. These ladies made the playoffs last season and I know they want to be there again. Skeeesto is led by Rachel, who finds herself in a constant struggle each week trying to get her teammates to show up on time, or sometimes even just to show up. These guys snuck into the playoffs last season, but they need to get their act together soon or they are going to miss out this time around.
The QuinChelSkees on the other hand are a unified team. Zach, Heather and Janelle roll well together. This team has been together since Season I, although they have gone through a few names changes (formerly The Johnny Peskees, Teddy Brewskees and NSkeeOTB). Rumor has it that these guys have been spending more time this season dominating the Boston Trivia Circuit (20 Boston Bars that host trivia) than focusing on skeeball. The good news is they have two rolls left to find their 40 and make their 1st skeeball playoff appearance ever!
